The Buckhorn Family
Welcome to Buckhorn Ranch
We’re one big family sharing an exciting experience.
Together, we own and are building Buckhorn Ranch, a 110-acre piece of land in Nevada that we’re turning into something much bigger than a ranch.
A family compound.
When we first took on this property, there was a LOT of work ahead of us. Years of neglect, overgrown fields, broken-down buildings, and more projects than we could count. But we saw the potential—and decided to take it on together.
Our goal is to create a place where our families can live, work, raise animals, grow food, build businesses, and make memories for generations to come.
And we're doing it one project at a time.
Meet the Family Behind the Soap
Grandpa Dave and Grandma Kara are the masters behind the goat milk soap. Their goats are milked at the same time every day and cared for with high-quality feed and plenty of attention. We believe that taking good care of our animals is the first step toward making a premium product.
That fresh goat milk becomes an important ingredient in our Buckhorn Ranch Goat Milk Soap Collection, with each bar inspired by the simple, hardworking life we're building here.
From the goats in the pasture to the soap on your bathroom counter, our family is involved every step of the way.
We're Building Something Together
Buckhorn Ranch isn't about having everything figured out.
It's about doing hard things.
It's about looking at a huge project and tackling it one piece at a time. It's about teaching our kids to work hard, take responsibility, create instead of consume, and appreciate the things we build with our own hands.
And we're bringing you along for the journey.
Every bar of soap, every Buckhorn hat, every project on the ranch, and every order from our shop helps us continue building the dream.
We're building a family compound, one project at a time.
And we're so glad you're here for it.
